The flange has a rigid body (7) with a cylindrical axial passage to coaxially receive conical rings (8, 9) and to define an annular space (10) between the passage inner surface and an external surface of any ring. An end (2A) of a hollow power transmission shaft is engaged at the space. The rings are radially deformable to clamp the shaft end to the flange by tightening the shaft end during the axial movement of the rings.
