<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user registration application system that enables application for user registration to be easily carried out, and also to provide user registration object equipment, mobile terminal and user registration application method. <P>SOLUTION: A laser printer 30 receives a transmission request of equipment information from a cellular phone 40, and requires thereafter a reply about the propriety of a person in charge for the user registration to the cellular phone 40 (S110). A user of the cellular phone 40 inputs that the user is the person in charge for the user registration, by operating an input key 46, and transmit it to the laser printer 30 (S130). The laser printer 30 receiving it transmits the equipment information (commodity name, serial number or the like) and a user registration address (an electronic mail address of a control server 10) to the cellular phone 40 (S140). The cellular phone 40 receiving it transmits automatically personal information (own phone number and electronic mail address) and the equipment information received this time to the electronic mail address of the control server 10 (S150).
