PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting resistance of a cancer cell against a metal complex compound anticancer drug, and a medicine for reducing the resistance of the cancer cell against the metal complex compound anticancer drug.

SOLUTION: This method for inspecting the resistance of the cancer cell against the metal complex compound anticancer drug includes examination of the degree of β1-6G1cNAc branch on α5β1 integrin of a test cell collected from an organism. This medicine for reducing the resistance of the cancer cell against the metal complex compound anticancer drug includes a function inhibitor of the α5β1 integrin as an effective component.
