<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible circuit board which easily establishes high-quality connection, to provide electronic equipment using the flexible circuit board, and to provide a method for manufacturing the electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A connector section 14 of the flexible circuit board 10 is provided with a conductor extended section 54 obtained by extending a conductor 50 of a main section 12. The surface of the extended conductor 54, i.e. a continuous region extending from its connecting face 542 to its opposite connecting face 543, is exposed. By utilizing such a vast exposed region extending to the opposite connecting face 543, the conductor extended section 54 and other electronic parts or the like can be connected (by soldering or the like) in good conditions. A central portion of the opposite connecting face 543 of the conductor extended section 54 is covered with an extended insulator 34 which is an extension of a resin film 30 covering the conductor 50 in the main section 12. Thus, the conductor 50 can be effectively reinforced and/or maintenance in the shape of the conductor extended section 54 can be effectively enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
