PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a flexible route search according to the prediction of future congestion. SOLUTION: An introduction server 100 searches for a route according to request data from a number of map displays 200, or the like, mounted to an automobile, and returns the searched route. The introduction server 100 records an introduced route. At this time, each link for composing the route, and prediction time when an automobile to be inquired actually passes the link are stored while making them correspond to each other. The amount of traffic at the passage time concerned in the link concerned can be predicted by the number of introduced routes in the past of each passage time in each link. The search is made according to each link according to the prediction concerned and costs for each passage time, thus achieving a flexible route search according to the prediction of future congestion, or the like.
