PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a probe to a substrate efficiently and stably, when a probe vehicle is spotted on the substrate. SOLUTION: The probe vehicle contains a probe specifically bondable to the target material, a vehicle containing an organic solvent, and a material which solubilizes the probe in the organic solvent.
