PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter capable of improving the attachment/detachment properties of an ultrasonic sensor while maintaining the sealing ability and assembling property of a channel for the installation of the ultrasonic sensor. SOLUTION: When an intermediate channel forming unit 20 is fitted to a main body channel notch part 15 of a main body part 11 in such a way that an intermediate channel 21 may communicate with a main body channel 14, protrusion parts 22 and 22 each protrude to the outside from window holes 16 and 16 of the main body part 11. The protrusion parts 22 and 22 each seal the window holes 16 and 16 via packings 16a. Transmitting and receiving parts 23a and 23b of the ultrasonic sensor 23 are each attachably and detachably fixed to the protrusion parts 22 and 22 from the outside by attaching screws 23c and 23c and pressing plates.
