PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of a bumper reinforce 11 and a stay 12 at the time of a pole collision, etc. and destruction of a mounting wall of the bumper reinforce 11 at the time of an oblique barrier collision, etc., causing little increase in weight. SOLUTION: The stay 12 is made of a round pipe shaped aluminum alloy extruded material and is fixed to a rear surface side of the mounting wall (rear wall) 11b of the bumper reinforce 11 by directing an axial direction in a vehicle body front and rear direction and forming a flange 12b at a front end. In the flange 12b, an extended width at the outside of a vehicle width direction is formed to be larger than an extended width at the inside. The flanges 12b and 12c are integrally formed at an end part of a shaft part 12a by electromagnetic forming.
