PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically select site information to be displayed on an initial screen in activating a browser depending on a user's hobby and/or preference, not to display fixed information contents, thereby displaying site information interesting to the user. SOLUTION: The site information providing device comprises a means of receiving user identifying information from a user's terminal, a selection means which selects, based on the user identifying information, display information for the user from user's display information having display information for each user stored therein and a transmission means which transmits the selected display information to the user's terminal.
