<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing even access-point providers to earn advertising revenue. <P>SOLUTION: From an Internet service provider 10, a website provider 11, and an access-point provider 12, a user 15 is provided with advertisement information coming from an advertiser or another access-point provider 14, without being particularly conscious of a channel of information.
