PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polyester sheet having sufficient conductivity and sufficient mechanical strength in order to protect an electronic component being a content and low in cost, and a packaging container for the electronic component such as a carrier tape comprising the polyester sheet. SOLUTION: The conductive polyester sheet is constituted by providing a coating layer comprising a conductive composition containing carbon black and a topcoating layer on at least one side of a base sheet mainly comprising a crystalline polyester in this order. The surface resistance value of the conductive polyester sheet on the side of the coating layer comprising the conductive composition and the surface resistance value of the conductive polyester sheet on the side of the coating layer after the surface on the side of the coating layer of the conductive polyester sheet is subjected to an abrasion test are below 1×107Ω, respectively.
