PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, as an information storage device of high speed recording/reproduction using a damper for a countermeasure against the vibration of an unevenly loaded disk is manufactured in recent years, however such a device requires a chassis and a rubber for damping and fixing pins for fixing the them separately in addition to ordinary mechanisms and the above additional components hinfder miniaturization of the information storage device and simultaneously, lead to the cost increase thereof, in particular, an increase in not only a single part cost/die cost but also man-hours since the rubber and the fixing pins of three to four pieces each are needed. SOLUTION: Elimination of the fixing pins is made possible by coaxially forming floating rubber and vibration absorbing rubber and the need for separately arranging the damping rubber is eliminated by integrating the floating rubber and the damping rubber.
