PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security box for an emergency evacuation, securing a safe refuge space not to be attacked by a molester, a stalker and a bag snatcher. SOLUTION: This security box A for emergency evacuation is installed in the outdoors, and provided with an entrance door 2a. The security box at least includes: an emergency informing means 1a for informing abnormality such as emergency or crime to a specified security service center M; a human body detecting means 6a for detecting the presence/absence of a human body in a box; and a door opening and closing control means (a) having an automatic locking mechanism for opening and closing the entrance door, whereby when a person enters the box, the entrance door is automatically locked.
