PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which supports to judge either passing or stopping depending on a lighting status of a signal in the intersection or the like. SOLUTION: A roadside equipment 5 is prepared in a signal 3 of an intersection 2, and signal information is transmitted to a communication area 6. An in-vehicle equipment 7 is mounted in an automobile 1, the signal information is received from the roadside equipment 5, and it is judged whether the intersection 2 can be passed or not by calculating speed of the automobile and distance to the communication area. Condition of a driver who is irritated can be resolved and safety is enhanced because the lighting status and switching information of the signal 3 are recognized, and it is also recognized whether the driver can cross or not the intersection 2.
