PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch nonwoven fabric that has excellent extensibility, stretch recovery, strength and blocking resistance and causes no trouble of oil bleeding and to provide fiber that is suitable for the stretch nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The fiber comprises a thermoplastic elastomer composition that is composed of 40-99.5 wt% of an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer including a poly-aromatic vinyl block A mainly made from aromatic vinyl monomer units and a poly-conjugated diene block B mainly made from conjugated diene monomer units and 0.5-60 wt% of a lubricant.
