LAYERED CERAMIC CAPACITOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable elimination of delamination between external cover dielectric material layer and effective dielectric material and between the effective dielectric materials due to contraction differences in baking, even when the ceramic raw material powder is made fine in the layered ceramic capacitor formed by stacking thin layers. SOLUTION: A volume coefficient of the second phase which is mainly made of SiO2in the external cover dielectric material layer to form the monolithic ceramic capacitor is less than that of the second phase which is mainly made of SiO2in the dielectric material ceramic layer composing the effective dielectric material.
