<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a procedure for an in-site user connected to a plurality of service networks in the case of connection to the service networks while satisfying a communication policy of each service network. <P>SOLUTION: A policy control apparatus S15 for managing a LAN S10 registers the user attribute of the in-site user and acquires a connection policy to respective registered users from a plurality of service networks A, B, C so as to simplify the management of external connection. Further, the policy of the service networks A, B, C and the policy of the LAN S10 are composited and a permitted attribute is presented to the users. Thus, each service network can manage the policy of its own and dynamically create the policy applicable to each attribute of the users so that the users need not to specify connection conditions to other service networks with respect to each service network and each service network needs not to manage connection conditions with all the service networks related to each user attribute. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
