<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manpower dispatching system which enables the selection of a person to be dispatched who has a necessary skill based on skill evaluation information different depending on the difficulty levels or the like of services of respective dispatch destination companies. <P>SOLUTION: A manpower introduction server 111 of a dispatch source agency's device 110 converts a service pattern and skill evaluation information included in search conditions transmitted from a manpower introducing client 121 into a service pattern and skill information managed by the dispatch source agency based on a conversion table stored in dispatch destination company management database 113, and selects a person to be dispatched from manpower management database 114 based on the converted result.
