PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software wireless apparatus and a control method thereof whereby the switching processing of services complying with a user's desire can be performed without the need for the manual operation of the user.

SOLUTION: A control circuit 7A processes signal processing related to each of an ETC function, an AM/FM radio function, and a GPS function in time division according to a preset switching condition so that a wireless circuit 4, an A/D conversion circuit 5, and a service processing circuit 6 are shared by each service.
