PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock tree composition device and its method.

SOLUTION: This clock tree composition device includes a plurality of clock signal units for outputting clock signals generated from a reference clock signal and different from one another; a clock signal generator; and a clock tree composition method. The clock signal generator includes an additional logic circuit without being recognized as a terminal of the reference clock signal when the clock tree is composed. The clock signal generator is a flip-flop circuit, and a three-phase buffer may be used as the additional logic circuit.
