PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which easily forms into conductive metal copper by light or heat, and to provide its process. SOLUTION: A conductive copper/silver composition is easily obtained by light or heat, when using a new copper composition consisting of a copper oxide or copper hydroxide and an amino compound, and in its thermal decomposition process using a copper/silver composition which consists of copper oxide or the copper hydroxide and the amino compound.
