PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave type pressure circulation promotion airtight bag and a wave type pressure circulation promoter using the same which achieves a softness with a light weight and a large stretching resistance while avoiding the absorption of sweat and contamination. SOLUTION: The airtight bag for the wave type pressure circulation promoter uses a polyethylene based resin film with a thickness of 40 to 150μm, an elastic modulus of 1.2-6.0×10<SP>3</SP>kg/cm<SP>2</SP>and a meltflow rate of 0.2-8.0g/10 min.
