The mechanism has a hydraulic drive motor (3) rotating along two directions. One end of a telescopic arm (1) is mounted on the hydraulic drive motor, and another end of the telescopic arm is connected with a set of struts (6, 7). A hydraulic cylinder rod (8) is arranged with a coupling support (10) for coupling to a conventional tractor. Hydraulic systems (11, 12) are connected with a control valve (13) for controlling the hydraulic drive motor. A hydraulic cylinder (2) is mounted on the coupling support and mounted in an inner side of the telescopic arm.
