<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet filter capable of securing a smooth flow velocity without stagnation of a fluid to be subjected to an iron removal while enhancing the iron removal efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The magnet filter is provided with a bar magnet 1 and a housing 2 for covering the same, and removes magnetic impurities in the fluid 9 by allowing the fluid 9 to pass through the inside of a magnetic flux formed by a bar magnet 1 in the housing 2. Therein, the bar magnet 1 is incorporated in a metal outer cylinder 3 having a nearly cylindrical hollow shape and the metal outer cylinder 3 functions as a screw shaft 4 which makes the center axis of the nearly cylindrical shape the rotation shaft. Therefore, the forcible transfer of the fluid by means of the screw shaft 4 is permitted and, in particular even when the fluid 9 to be subjected to iron removal has high viscosity and shows thixotropic fluid behavior, the iron removal efficiency is enhanced and the smooth flow velocity without stagnation of the fluid to be subjected to iron removal can be secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
