<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify to control temperature in heat sterilization of bone grafts by irradiating with microwaves. <P>SOLUTION: The bone grafts are housed in a sealed container for sterilization and is subjected to heat sterilization by irradiating with microwaves. A temperature inside the container for sterilization is monitored, and the output of a magnetron, a movable base on which the sterile container is placed, and a movable reflector are controlled by a computer of a control unit, based on the monitored temperature. Either a thermocouple temperature sensor or a semiconductor temperature sensor is used as a temperature sensor for the purpose.
