<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module using plate-like substrates made of glass or the like wherein no module structural object scatter even if an impact is given. <P>SOLUTION: In case when a scatter prevention layer is formed on the external surface of a solar cell by painting, it can be formed easily and conveniently, and this method is widely applicable for module because it is not limited by side or shape of the module. In addition, when the scatter prevention layer is used for a transparent resin plate, scattering of glass or the like can be surely prevented, and impact resistance can be enhanced significantly. Since a resin layer is adhered to glass, its strength can be also made high, and accordingly no reinforced glass is used and material cost can be reduced.
