PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust coming-out allowance of an exterior panel from an inner side of the exterior panel after building a unit tower building, obtain finish face precision of the exterior panel at construction site easily, dispense with use of a conventional external scaffold at construction site, and simplify assembly of the exterior panel into a steel structure framework at a factory to reduce adjustment man-hour on the whole. SOLUTION: This unit tower building is constituted by attaching the exterior panel 3 to an outer side of each steel structure framework 2 of a plurality of unit tower buildings 1A, 1B constituting an elevator shaft. One end part 4a of a shaft body 4 extending in the direction E or F for adjusting coming-out allowance of the exterior panel 3 is attached to a rear side W of the exterior panel 3. An exterior panel holding part 5 screw-fittable at an arbitrary length position of the shaft body 4 is attached to an outer peripheral side of the steel structure framework 2 to adjust coming-out allowance of the exterior panel 3 by changing a screw-fitting position P of the shaft body 4 and the exterior panel holding part 5 from the rear side W of the exterior panel 3.
