PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load on a loading and unloading vehicle equipped with a drive part which can load/unload cargoes. SOLUTION: This packer container 201 includes a container body 202, a packer 203, a waste discharge member 204, a hydraulic device 205, and an operation part 206. A hook receiving portion 2g is stuck at a front wall 202b, and a hook of the loading and unloading vehicle 7 provided with a hook member (not illustrated) can be stopped at the hook receiving portion 202g. The packer container 201 can be loaded/unloaded, and a hook roll (R) or an arm roll (R) which are usually used can be stopped at the hook receiving portion 202g, and a supporting leg 202h is provided at the front of the back surface of a bottom plate 202a and a pair of right and left wheels 230c are provided at the rear. A unique driving source separated from an on-vehicle driving source of a loading and unloading vehicle is used as driving source of the drive, thus providing a merit of driving a packer and waste discharging member under a setting condition on the ground.
