PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a subframe capable of surely breaking a bolt at the time of vehicular collision. SOLUTION: An approximately cylindrical inside collar 31 having an insertable bolt 41 in the subframe 1, and a projection part 31d projecting in the direction of the center axis is provided at the lower end part 31c of the inside collar 31.
