PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a control device wherein, since a carbon dioxide sensor often is installed on an air conditioner near a heat exchanger where inverter noise and switching noise easily affect the sensor when the carbon dioxide sensor is installed on the air conditioner, the carbon dioxide sensor with high impedance is affected easily by noise. SOLUTION: This control device of the air conditioner comprises a carbon dioxide sensor mounted in the control device installed near the heat exchanger of the air conditioner and having a metal shell and a control circuit controlling the carbon dioxide sensor.
