PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing tube with a non-soil removal rotary press-in machine, and a non-soil removal casing tube construction method for performing efficient work by easily attaching/detaching a non-soil removal excavating device to/from the casing tube while cutting soil and obstacles with an excavating edge at the tip of the cast-in-place casing tube and the non-soil removal excavating device inside to allow construction without removing excavated soil. SOLUTION: The tip inner part of the casing tube provided with the excavating edge at the tip face to excavate the ground is provided with a fixture, and the fixture is provided with the non-soil removal excavating device provided with an excavating drill, detachably from above the casing tube.
