PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet electrophotographic recording sheet having excellent wet toner fixing performance and transfer performance in printing by a wet electrophotographic process using a wet toner. SOLUTION: With respect to the wet electrophotographic recording sheet obtained by disposing one or more coating layers on at least one surface of a sheetlike substrate, an amphoteric latex occupies 10-100 mass% of the total amount of a binder in a composition for the coating layers.
