SOIL CONDITIONER

A soil conditioner in which a harmful substance-adsorbing agent is effectively used in an amount as small as possible and by which soil can be purified and improved via the effective adsorption of harmful substances even in the case of soil with much underground water. This soil conditioner is produced by mixing the harmful substance-adsorbing agent with a water-absorbing substance and shaping the mixture into grains.
