An information processing device having a camera and a strengthened function of preventing a false shooting such as a sneak shot, an information processing method and information processing program are disclosed. A judging section (an image output judging section (60)), using the notification information from the information detecting function, judges whether shooting is permitted or not, whether the image is saved or not, and whether the image is modified or not.
