<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize integrated structure and its manufacturing method capable of simplifying the accuracy of working processes and preventing the generation of lateral leakage. <P>SOLUTION: In a photoelectric converter, a plurality of semiconductor elements have integrated structure in which adjacent semiconductor elements are connected in series with a conductive material 110. These semiconductor elements are mutually separated by a 1st separation groove 105 for separating the semiconductor elements from a rear electrode 104 up to a surface electrode 102, and each of those semiconductor elements is separated into a 1st area and a 2nd by a 2nd separation groove 106 for separating the semiconductor element from the rear electrode 104 up to a semiconductor multilayer film 103. The serial connection of adjacent semiconductor elements is realized by connecting the rear electrode 104 in the 1st area of one semiconductor element to the surface electrode 102 in the 2nd area of the other semiconductor element adjacent to one semiconductor element by the conductive material 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
