PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive burn-in apparatus capable of adjusting a low level of drive signals supplied for circuit parts to be inspected to a desired level at burn-in tests. SOLUTION: The burn-in apparatus is provided with: a driver IC 171 for outputting signals which transit between a prescribed high level and a ground level and are suitable for operating the circuit parts to be inspected 111; an electric power supply 163 for outputting the prescribed low level; and a signal converting part 172 for converting the signals outputted from the driver IC 171 into signals which transit between the high level and the low level outputted from the electric power supply 163 instead of the ground level and supplying them for the circuit parts to be inspected 111.
