PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, easy constitution for pivoting a winding device of an electric shutter apparatus in a state wherein a manual bracket for supporting the winding device on a skeleton side is employed. SOLUTION: An electric opening/closing machine 5 is internally mounted at one end of a drum 8, which constitutes the electric winding device 3, in a relatively turnable manner; an auxiliary coupling member 10 is provided at one end of a casing 5a of the electric opening/closing machine; the bracket 2a is provided with a main coupling member 10 which is equipped with a mounting piece part 9a located inside with respect to a fixed-shaft supporting part 2b of the bracket 2a and located in parallel with a surface of the bracket 2a; and the auxiliary coupling member 10 is fixed to a mounting piece part 10a of the main coupling member 10, so that the winding device 3 can be supported by the bracket 2a.
