PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fermentation processing tank compact to miniaturize a garbage disposer, and provide a technique for the garbage disposer to have the fermentation processing tank showing improved stirring/crushing performance in comparison with an ordinary fermentation processing tank of vertical stirring nail shaft type. SOLUTION: The fermentation processing tank 1, which has a vertical stirring nail shaft 20 at the axial position, is installed in the garbage disposer 9. The axis of the fermentation processing tank 1 is arranged to be inclined at a prescribed angle from the position where the axis is perpendicular to the casing 10 of the garbage disposer. A crusher 15 is set at the axial position of the fermentation processing tank 1, and comprises the stirring nail shaft 20, a helical screw 22 wound around the stirring nail shaft 20, and a helical cover 21 covering the screw 22.
