PURPOSE: An automatic vending machine management system using a wire/wireless communication network is provided, which enable a user to cope with an error of the vending machine rapidly and to manage several vending machines at the same time through a management controller. CONSTITUTION: According to the automatic vending machine management system, a key part(10) inputs and sets a telephone number to contact a manager. A number of sensors(11) are installed at each part of the vending machine and sense an error of the vending machine. A control part(12) controls an ARS control part(14) and a text transmission part(16) to inform the error to the manager, and controls a remote driving part(17) according to a control command of the manager. A memory(13) stores a number of contact telephone numbers inputted by the key part. A telephone access part(15) accesses a terminal of the manager through a wire telephone network. A wireless communication module(18) accesses a terminal(21) or a management control part(20) of the manager through a wireless communication network. And the remote driving part controls the function of the vending machine according to the control of the control part. |
