<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct precise inspection regulation work while securing safety, in an electric equipment having a movable mechanism part. <P>SOLUTION: A connector 310 annexed to an inspecting jig 500 is connected to a connector 110 of a copying machine, under the condition set to an inspection process mode in an inspection step for the copying machine, and is brought into a condition to prohibit a rotation development unit 600 to be driven. The inspecting jig 500 is set while moving manually the rotation development unit, to measure a bias voltage between a developer and a transfer unit. When finishing measuring work, the inspecting jig 500 is removed and the connector 310 is removed to be transited to the next process. After completing the whole inspection, the inspection process mode is switched to an ordinary use mode to be transited to a process for delivery or the like.
