PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calibrate a wireless apparatus in an ordinary operating state without inserting an attenuator or adjusting an apparatus gain greatly. SOLUTION: A particular signal transmission system set for reception receives signals transmitted from a plurality of signal transmission systems set for transmission, and the transmission side of the transmission systems for transmission is calibrated by adjusting the attenuation and the amount of the phase rotation of the transmission system for transmission so as to nullify the received signal. Further, the particular signal transmission system set for reception receives the signals transmitted from the transmission side of a plurality of the transmission systems for transmission whose calibration is finished, and the receiver side of the transmission systems for reception is calibrated by adjusting the attenuation and the amount of the phase rotation of the signal transmission system for reception so that the received signal has a prescribed value.
