PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a fishing gadget to an offshore point by using a boat, and sink the gadget there by drawing a main line. SOLUTION: This method for fishing is provided by putting a ground bait basket 6 for jiggling in a ground bait basket chamber 14 under a screw of a midget submarine, drawing out ground bait basket-supporting plate under the basket by picking a knob of the plate, closing a cover for the ground bait chamber, winding lead 8 on a lead winder 3 at the side surface of the boat by holding the lead, winding synthetic rubber bands 2 attached at 2 points of the lower surface of the boat, engaging rings attached at the tip of the rubber bands with synthetic rubber tension-releasing knobs 15 installed at the 2 points of inclined upper part of the one side surface of the boat, floating the boat on the sea, moving the boat to the offshore while releasing the main line, switching ON the synthetic rubber tension-releasing knobs 15 to withdraw the knobs into the boat for releasing the tension of the rubber bands 2 to sink the gadget from a weight 7, dropping out the lead 8 wound on the lead winder 3 and then sinking the ground bait basket 6 naturally by taking some delay.
