PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of recognizing the number of radio communication terminal carriers present inside a radio communication area managed by the access point or management server of radio communication. SOLUTION: In the case that the same person carries a plurality of radio terminals, application software is executed in all the terminals, priority orders are provided for all the terminals from the application software, and the radio terminal of a high priority order controls the radio terminal of a low priority order by using the radio communication.
