<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic green sheet with smooth surfaces having not thicker than 1.5 μm dielectric ceramic layer and not thicker than 0.6 μm inner electrode, and it is conveniently used for manufacturing a laminated ceramic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: This ceramic green sheet 21 contains a first 22 and a second 23 inorganic powders. and when the average particle diameter of the first inorganic powder 22 is expressed in r<SB>A</SB>[nm], that of the second inorganic powder 23 is expressed in r<SB>B</SB>[nm], and the volume ratio of the second inorganic powder 23 to the total of the inorganic powder 22 and 23 is expressed in V<SB>B</SB>[volume %], they satisfy the conditions 0.3≤r<SB>B</SB>/r<SB>A</SB>≤0.4 and (40×r<SB>B</SB>/r<SB>A</SB>)-10≤V<SB>B</SB>≤25, 0.2<r<SB>B</SB>/r<SB>A</SB><0.3 and 2≤V<SB>B</SB>≤25, or 0.1≤r<SB>B</SB>/r<SB>A</SB>≤0.2 and 6-(20×r<SB>B</SB>/r<SB>A</SB>)≤V<SB>B</SB>≤25, and when r<SB>B</SB><30, it is made to satisfy the condition V<SB>B</SB>≤20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
