<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a post-installation of a lighting fixture possible. <P>SOLUTION: By providing an attaching hole 2 at an arbitrary location on a bumper B, the post-installation, i.e., attaching the lighting fixture to the bumper B later becomes possible. Since a light receiver 8 and an attaching part 7 of a photoconductive member 3 form a cylindrical shape, simply providing the cylindrical attaching hole 2 on the bumper B is sufficient. Since the bumper B is made of a resin having a cross section of a plate shape, the attaching hole 2 can easily be provided on the bumper B by a simple tool such as a hand drill.
