摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the supporting rigidity by a metal cap to the bottom wall of a bearing member has been high conventionally, and no adequate bending resistance of a journal shaft can be obtained when the load in the axial direction is input. SOLUTION: In a bearing device, an input shaft and an output shaft are connected to each other by a joint spider 5, a synthetic resin bearing member 11 is stored and held in a metal cap 10 held in a bearing hole 8 of an input shaft yoke 2, and a journal shaft 5a of the joint spider is rotatably supported inside the bearing member. The bottom wall 13 of the bearing member supported by the bottom wall of the cap is formed in a substantially cup-shape in longitudinal sectional view, a disk-shaped clearance C is formed between an inner circumferential part 13b inside an annular outer circumferential part 13a and the bottom wall 10b of the cap, and the bottom wall is constituted as an elastic member deflectable via the clearance as the journal shaft is moved in the axial direction.
