PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary scaffolding of which wide scaffold space can be easily secured without using any fixing means and which is made easily transferable. SOLUTION: The temporary scaffold is provided with a plurality of struts 11 vertically or slantly arranged, a scaffold base 10 constituted of two horizontal pipes 13a, 13b temporarily formed to be parallel with each other through a connection implement in these struts 11, and scaffold plates 30 laterally laid through brackets 20 (20A) detachably fitted to the scaffold base 10. The bracket 20 is provided with a fixing part 23 formed of the first bifurcated fitting groove 21 (21A) inserted from above two horizontal pipes 13a, 13b and detachably fixed to the side part of one horizontal pipe 13a, and a substantially reversed U-shaped second fixing groove 22 detachably fitted to the upper side of the other horizontal pipe 13b, a mounting part 27 of the scaffold plates 30 laid on the upper face of the horizontal part 26 extending to the side directioin from the fixing part 23, and a holding and fixing means 40 for holding and fixing the scaffold plates 30 on the mounting part 27.
