PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper conveyance device capable of preventing reduction of paper conveyance property at a handling position and preventing transfer stain of paper by an easily dropping picture drawing material such as paper for pencil. SOLUTION: This paper conveyance device is constituted in such a way that pressurized rollers 46, 47 pressurized on a reading conveyance roller 44 across a slit glass 22 are constituted by a raw material having low hardness (soft raw material) such as sponge or rubber and a low friction member such as a fluorine-based coating material is coated on surfaces of the pressurized rollers 46, 47 or the surfaces are covered with a tube made of a low friction and high durability raw material.
