PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail attaching device for which assembly is facilitated without providing a hole or a recess. SOLUTION: The rail attaching device for attaching an electric apparatus to a rail is improved. The device comprises a rail groove to which the rail is to be fitted and which is provided with a fixed hook for hooking the rail on one side face; a hook groove provided vertically on the other side face of the rail groove and provided with a holding groove on both side faces and a stopper on a front face; a slider formed roughly in a U shape and provided with a guide part to be inserted to the holding groove of the hook groove on both side faces and a groove on both inner surfaces; and a movable hook member inserted to the open part of the U shape of the slider, for which a leaf spring part is formed in an at least one circular arc shape and controlled by a stopper, a projection to be fitted to the groove of the slider is provided on the side face of the leaf spring part, and a hook for fixing the rail is provided.
