The device has two position control and regulation units (M1, M2) regulating position of a back structure (1) based on a portage harness, and a belt (5) moving the structure. A locking mechanism locks or unlocks the belt in position. The unit (M2) has a strap with one end integrated to the belt and equipment, and the other end providing a control handle. The strap surrounds the mechanism by provoking the mechanism to function. The unit (M1) allows a removal of the structure and the unit (M2) lowers the structure.
